For really tough applications one of the 15 or 30 micron "spin down" or"trapper" filters (shown below) before this filter is a popular application. Designed to filter particulate matter and dirtfrom large volumes of water. This cartridge uses centrifugal force to spin particles from the main stream and collects it at the bottom for easy discharge. Trapper filters more volume and requires less flushing. *Minimumflow rate: 1 GPM. Maximum pressure 150 PSI. *8 1/2" long. 3/4"Inlet/Outlet (all other sizes available). *Price includes 1/2" flushvalve.
